DESIGN TEAM
Clive Lonstein has assembled a creative, detail-oriented, and highly-skilled design team. Their breadth of experience brings a well-rounded perspective to each of their projects.

SOOYOUNG CHUNG - DESIGN DIRECTOR
Sooyoung received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. Sooyoung worked at Skidmore, Ownings & Merrill, Studio Sofield where she served as the project designer and manager, and at Tiffany's where she worked as part of the Design Team in the capacity of Director of Architecture for stores globally. Sooyoung has worked on high-end residential projects including an extensive renovation of the William Bottomley; triplex in the River House; and the restoration of a historic townhouse in the West Village.

ROBERT BLUE - STUDIO DIRECTOR
Robert Blue graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He worked at Karim Rashid, Shamir Shah Design, and Studio Sofield on a variety of projects internationally ranging from boutique hospitality to developing the Tom Ford luxury brand’s global expansion to residential interiors in New York and Los Angeles. His interest in residential design led him to the office of Thad Hayes, where as Senior Designer & Project Manager he oversaw the design and installation of many large luxury residential projects in New York City, the Hamptons, Greenwich, Miami, & Hawaii.

RACHAEL LAWE
Rachael Lawe holds a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, U.K. (2005). After graduation she became Director & Curator of FRED, an art gallery based in London U.K. & Leipzig, Germany. Following a move to New York in 2009, she served as the Founding Director of the International Collage Center, an educational arts nonprofit with a lending and research collection. In 2013 she joined the Global Store Design team at Tiffany & Co. as Asst. Manager of Decorative Art. Between 2016 - 2017 she curated exhibitions with artist collective Regina Rex, NY. Since 2017 she has collaborated with filmmaker Simon Liu, producing several short films and installations that have premiered at multiple international film festivals and have been acquired by the Museum of Modern Art, NY and M+ Museum, Hong Kong.

XINYU CAO
Born and raised in Shanghai, Xinyu Cao received his Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to attending Harvard, he graduated from Wuhan University, China with honors and received a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor degree in Finance. In Shanghai he worked at Wutopia Lab, a Shanghai-based architectural office founded by Ting Yu. After graduation from Harvard, Xinyu joined Clive Lonstein.

CHRISTOPHER LOYAS
Christopher graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Theater and Set Design from Suffolk University in Boston and Madrid Spain. He began his career as a prop stylist in print and film, working on various projects for W Magazine, Self, Peek & Cloppenburg. Additionally, Christopher worked on productions for Alexander Wang, Balmain, Balenciaga, and Vera Wang with photographers Steven Klein, Patrick Demarchelier, and Mario Sorrenti. Christopher focused his career further into interior design, working with Juniper Tedhams on national residential projects.

ALEKSANDER SICHKAR
Aleksander received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Fashion Institute of Technology. Aleksander joined JP Molyneux Studio as a Visualization Artist. During his tenure at the firm, he had earned a place among the company's seniors, building the New York team, and working on multiple private residential projects in the United States, the Caribbean, the Persian Gulf, Geneva, London and Paris. Aleksander worked on Vienna's Palais Schottenring and a luxury development in Mayfair, London.

NATALIA LARESGOITI
Natalia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Graphic Design from Northeastern University in Boston. She began her career in fashion at Art Partner, one of the leading creative agencies in the world. Natalia focused her career further into interior design by studying at the New York Institute of Art and Design. After graduating, she worked as the in-house Interior Designer for the Art Partner offices in New York City.
